Import

Registration & clearance

Product registration with the Ministry of Health, label and ingredient compliance, customs clearance and duty handling.

Store

Warehousing

Temperature-controlled storage built for cosmetics, with batch and expiry tracking on every lot we receive.

Move

Delivery network

Scheduled routes to every governorate we serve, with our own vehicles and a sales team calling on accounts in person.

Sell

Merchandising & training

Shelf placement, display units, promoter staffing and product training for counter staff and pharmacists.

Grow

Marketing

Local campaigns, launch events, influencer work and social media adapted to the Syrian market, not translated from head office.

Beauty tips

Getting the most out of what you buy

A good product can be spoiled by the way it is stored or used. These are the points our team raises most often with customers at the counter.

Storage

Heat is the enemy

Summer temperatures break down active ingredients, separate emulsions and soften lipsticks. Keep products out of direct sun and away from bathroom steam — a closed drawer in the coolest room beats a shelf by the window.

Authenticity

Check the batch code

Every genuine unit carries a batch code printed or embossed on the packaging, matching the one on the box. Missing codes, blurred printing or a smell that differs from the original are the usual signs of a counterfeit.

Shelf life

Read the open-jar symbol

The small jar icon marked 6M or 12M tells you how long the product lasts after opening, which matters more than the expiry date. Write the opening date on the base with a marker. Mascara is the shortest-lived — replace it around three months.

Routine

Thinnest layer first

Apply in order of texture: cleanser, toner, serum, eye cream, moisturiser, then sunscreen last in the morning. A thick cream applied early blocks whatever comes after it from absorbing.

Protection

Sunscreen, properly applied

SPF 30 or higher, roughly two finger-lengths for face and neck, reapplied every two hours outdoors. Most people apply a quarter of what the rating assumes, which is why results disappoint.

New products

Patch test before you commit

With retinol, acids or vitamin C, test a small amount on the inner forearm for two nights before using it on the face — and introduce one new active at a time so you know what caused a reaction.

General guidance only. For persistent skin concerns, a dermatologist or pharmacist should be consulted.

For brand owners

How a new brand launches with us

Most brands are selling in their first stores within a season. Here is the sequence.

Market review

We look at your range against what already sells here, and come back with the SKUs that fit, an indicative price ladder and a first-year volume estimate.

Agreement

Territory, exclusivity, payment terms and marketing commitment, agreed in writing before any stock moves.

Registration

We file your products for health ministry approval and prepare compliant Arabic labelling. This is the step that decides your launch date, so we start it early.

First shipment

Order, clearance, quality check on arrival, and stock into our warehouse under batch control.

Launch

Placement in the channels that suit the brand, staff training, display installation and the opening campaign.

Ongoing

Monthly reporting, replenishment forecasting and a quarterly review of what to push next.
